Race on Over to the New and Improved Aflacracing.com
Web site re-launches with fresh look and more interactive features
Columbus, Ga. (March. 7, 2008) — Aflac (NYSE: AFL) announced today the re-launch of the NASCAR-affiliated Web site, AflacRacing.com. The new and improved Web site will showcase a fresher, brighter look mimicking the updated paint scheme of the No. 99 Ford Fusion. In addition, Aflac Racing driver Carl Edwards will be featured throughout the site.
"We are thrilled about the enhancements to aflacracing.com," said Paul S. Amos II, president, Aflac; COO, U.S. Operations. "The duck and Carl will be working together throughout the 2008 racing season, so it made sense for us to reflect that on our Web site. We wanted to create a destination that was exciting, informative and interactive, and I believe fans of the No. 99 Aflac Ford Fusion car will be pleased."
The new site will not only feature unique content on Edwards but also that loveable duck. In addition, fans can find out what tracks are Edwards' favorites and which ones give him trouble as he analyzes each one. For those fans who want to ask him that question in person, there will be sweepstakes to enter to win an opportunity to meet Edwards. And as always, there will be behind-the-scenes videos, photos and racing recaps.
So what are you waiting for? Shake your tail feather and zoom over to the new and improved www.aflacracing.com!
